A step down

Nice experiments, even though some levels just played REALLY badly.

As for the subject matter, well, ehh, not as thought provoking and satirical as your last entries. You made a larger move towards pop-culture, and that's just lazy.

Still, here's hoping you keep going.

Time waster

I'm not a sadist, honestly. I just can't stop playing the damn game. Gotta love the incredibly creepy visuals too. I like how this was so much more open-ended than the last one, and letting us have all the characters (eventually) was a great idea. I miss head goal, but I understand that the levels were mostly smaller and focused on torture devices.

Also, I was able to defeat ??? without using a burning limb (though it was my idea originally). His face is more vulnerable, it seems, so I threw the bombs directly at it.

Solid

Well it's been fun.

You really put my balls to the walls, but it's this kind of nastiness that makes a game worthwhile. Okay maybe even to a slightly lesser degree, but still. Games these days can be way too cushy.

Best of luck to you in your future projects. And maybe in developing your art style :P Lol, seriously

Whoa now

Where'd this bug come from that wasn't in the last chapters? Try to remember what you've changed, if anything. Because something must have, if it's in this one, but not the others. And it's not exclusive to IE. Firefox still has this issue.

Nice chapter though. Shotgun is a blast ( oh god X| ).

So slow

Fun (and admittedly tacky) as it is to torture and disfigure this unfathomable excuse for a musical act, you made the game itself a bit of a bore.

The aesthetics are slightly humorous, with her spouting her nonsense occasionally, but this is just so slow and low-key compared to other games of the "toss the living thing" genre. And the player's input is so limited.

I'm sure you could improve.

Heaven, Hell, it's all the same

Every bit as challenging as the Touhou games.

But you improved on the game mechanics a great deal. I like being able to take breaks, and not being punished permanently. Game overs blow, after all.

You still seem better than the other characters, by the way :P

Alright, more action

This was certainly more dynamic and adventurous than the last one. I just feel like each weapon is replacing the last one. Mind you the rocket launcher does take a higher degree of skill to use than the SMG. And you really drive me crazy with that diagonal business. I often run back and forth to make a diagonal shot at the same place.

Also, this is probably rinachan's worst voice work yet.

What a pleasant surprise

Oh look, it's a game. I can't say I was expecting much from the maker of "Press Space to Win". But this is fun. Pretty simple, like the old games you are paying tribute to, but still very much enjoyable to play.

The voice acting was decent as well. Even Rina-Chan, who sure as hell can't write, but is an okay actress. D Mac is quite talented. The other two, who are obviously rather obscure, show much promise.

I don't know if this was on purpose, but your artistic style is very rudimentary. Colors, lines, and gradients. Of course this comes secondary to a solid gaming experience, but you could brush up on that.

Evilly addicting.

It does have a lot to do with luck, with how the unhappies are arranged randomly.

In spite of frustration, I just kept on playing. Not finished yet, but if there's a survival mode, that's a good move on your part.

Conceptually

This is more involving than other toss games I've played, where the player has little to do with what happens.

But it is lacking in the sheer scope of a game like Toss the Turtle.
Thankfully I enjoyed every minute of what there was. Could maybe use a sandbox-ish feature.
